We took full advantage of the warm weather here in Maine. On March 18th we took our first trip to Short Sands Beach on a beautiful 75 degree day. Anna had a blast on the playground then enjoyed a picnic dinner on the beach. What would a trip to the beach be without ice cream? Anna patiently waited until we were almost home for her treat since nothing in York was open yet.

Winter Fun
With very little snow this winter we have spent our time visiting with family and friends. Here is a little recap of the last month.

During the long weekend in January we headed to Boston's Museum of Science. We even got to met up with Max and Eliot for a little play time.
Anna had lots of fun playing with the Dwelley boys. I was happy to finally meet baby Landon.
In CT for a long weekend we visited tons of family and celebrated Auntie Anna's (also known in our house as Anna too) baby shower. Only a month or so until we meet Anna's first little cousin! She can't wait to tickle the baby's toes. She is also looking forward to seeing all of her big cousins soon!

Rosy Cheeks
First Snow of Winter
Anna was so excited to wake up and see snow this morning. I was so excited that she slept until after eight. Before we went outside Anna reminded me to bring the camera so we could get photos of her making a snowman. Unfortunately the snow was light and fluffy but that made it much easier to shovel since I still don't know how to use the snow blower. Once we came inside Anna announced she wanted to go to school. Today was the first of many snow days to come living in Maine.
Chuck-E-Cheese
We helped Jack celebrate his sixth birthday last night at Chuck-E-Cheese. We also celebrated his fifth birthday there last year and what a difference a year makes. Last year Anna just wanted to put the coins in the machines. Now that she is three-and-a-half she like playing the games and collecting the coupons. She thought her receipt was her prize so we escaped before she discovered the prize counter. My favorite part of the night was watching Anna try to skeeball. She tried so hard but the ball kept rolling back to her.
