Happy Memorial Day

Birthday Party

We had a small cookout to celebrate Anna's second birthday on Sunday. Nan, Opa, Sydney, Harrison, Grammy and Grampy all made the long trip from Connecticut for the day. Anna enjoyed playing with her friends and licking the frosting off her cupcake.

Silly Girl

Friday was a beautiful 75 degree afternoon. Anna decided to wear her rain boots, mittens and winter hat outside to play. When we played in the snow we couldn't get her to keep her mittens and hat on but she must be preparing for next winter.

Beach Day

Today is over 90 so Anna and I decided to go to the beach. Unfortunately the park was closed but we had fun playing in the water and sand. When a wave came Anna would get scared and try to lift both feet causing her to fall on her face.

Anna and Jack

Last week we went to see Mark, Natasha and the boys in North Carolina. On a very hot and humid Saturday we got to see Jack score a goal in his soccer game. Later in the day Marty enjoyed watching both Jack and Charlie's final game of the season before playing nine holes of golf with Mark. On Mother's Day we enjoyed a nice lunch and visit with Natasha's parents Mr. and Mrs. Price. After a nice trip to Myrtle Beach we finished out our visit visiting with Natasha's sister Alonsa and her family. We had a great time and we are already looking forward to our next trip!

Myrtle Beach

Anna was all done with the beach.

At dinner with her flower balloon.

We took a short trip to Myrtle Beach while visiting the South. The weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time outdoors. Anna learned to tweet like a bird and became very good at it. The hotel was on the beach but Anna preferred the pool. She had a blast playing at the water park and eating ice cream every night

Let's Go Yankees
